Plant material was supplied as seeds. Seedlings were transplanted to 10-cm pots in Fafard and grown on for approximately 5 weeks. Finished plants were then transplanted and trialed in full-sun, raised beds and fertigated as needed. Likely due to unusually heavy spring rainfall, moderate to severe nutrient deficiencies developed after transplant. However, plants recovered from these deficiencies as they summer progressed
