Cultural Notes

Plant material was supplied as seeds. Seedlings were transplanted to 10-cm pots in Fafard and grown on for approximately 5 weeks. Finished plants were then transplanted and trialed in raised beds and fertigated as needed. The Canna leaf roller caused moderate damage to the leaves. They can be controlled using acephate according to the label.
