It will cover basics of management plan components, local timber markets, casualty loss, the benefits of thinning, and forest taxes. 4.5 CLE credits, Category 1 to professional loggers, and 3 CFE credits, Category 1 to foresters are offered. TATE COUNTY: Managing the Family Forest in Mississippi

This short-course will cover basics of local timber markets, pine management, merchandising timber, hardwood management and estate planning.
