2nd MISSISSIPPI BIOBLITZ, TUPELO, MS, OCTOBER 4, 2014

The first BioBlitz was in Jackson, MS, and was a big success – over 100 people spent the day counting species of birds, insects, plants, trees, mammal tracks, etc. This helps to measure the biodiversity of a given area. It’s free, it’s fun, and it’s educational. If you missed the first one, and are looking for a Saturday project for yourself and/or your kids come on out Saturday October 4th. Check out the details on the brochure at this LINK.
